Knitted in a bespoke cable design and finished with structured rib hems, this is a piece rooted in mountain gear tradition but adapted for everyday wear. Elbow patches, deep texture, and a 3-gauge handle give it weight and presence without the bulk. Built from the ground up with considered details that go beyond trend - this is a knit that works with you.

Every Bergman is made from 100% cotton and dyed with real indigo yarn; a time-honoured process that gives the knit its deep, rich tone. Just like raw denim, this indigo will evolve with wear, revealing subtle fades and signs of life over time. It’s not mass-produced colour. It’s colour that tells a story - yours.

Due to the nature of the yarn, some pilling may occur. The pills can be easily removed with a knitwear comb.

Please note: Indigo dye, by its nature is not very colour-fast. This is what helps to create the fades on your product after wear! We advise avoiding contact with lighter coloured clothes and upholstery when wearing raw denim as the colour can transfer. Should the colour transfer onto your lighter-coloured clothing it should wash out with your usual detergent.
