Before you go
Who you're paying
Repairs are booked and paid for directly with our partner, Repair My Denim. It won't appear on your &SONS account and can't be paid for with a gift card or store credit.
How long it takes
About seven days in the workshop once your garment arrives, plus postage each way. Returned on Royal Mail 48 tracked.
This isn't a warranty claim
If a new piece has a fault, don't send it for repair - contact us first. Faulty goods are covered under your statutory rights and we'll sort it directly.
Any brand welcome
You don't need to have bought it from us. Bring them whatever's in the bottom of the wardrobe.
No. They're an independent specialist workshop we've partnered with because they're the best at this. Their founder ran Levi's tailor shops across the UK before setting up on his own. You'll book, pay and correspond with them directly.
They specialise in denim, but handle most heavy cotton and workwear fabrics. If you're unsure, ask them before sending -their contact details are on their site.
Depends on the job and what you ask for. Machine darning blends into the surrounding fabric and fades in with wear. Visible mending, like sashiko, is a deliberate choice - say so when you book.
Not at the moment. Everything goes through the partner workshop by post. Our store teams are happy to talk you through it if you'd rather ask in person.
No - get in touch with us instead. Faults on recent orders are ours to fix, and repair services aren't a substitute for that.
You'll land on their site with a referral tag so they know you came from us. Anything you enter after that - address, payment, contact details - is held by them under their own privacy policy.
Pick your repair, post your garment, get it back in about a week.
You'll be handed over to our repair partner to choose a service, pay and post your garment. Your &SONS account and order history stay here.
