UK:
Our aim is to process and dispatch orders on the same day for UK orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays. We use Royal Mail (and DPD for larger orders), which typically delivers within 48 hours (approximately 2 days). However, we kindly ask you to allow up to 7 working days from dispatch for your item to arrive. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer.
Orders over £100 qualify for FREE Delivery, while orders under £100 will incur a flat fee of £5.95.

We're thrilled to share that our US website is officially live, and our stock is now stored and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Northampton, UK. This exciting update means that customers can enjoy free delivery on all orders over $150, with no extra duties upon the arrival of your purchase up to $800 value.

For orders totalling over £200, you'll enjoy FREE Delivery, except for Poland, Taiwan, and Czech Republic, where the threshold for free delivery is £350 or more. Orders below £200/£350 will incur a flat fee of £10.00. (Please note, your payment currency will be automatically converted to your local currency.)
We strive to process and dispatch orders on the same day. Orders dispatched outside of the UK will be handled by reliable carriers like DHL and FedEx, who may involve a third-party courier (e.g., Postnord) for delivery.
Shipping, duty, and taxes will be calculated at checkout on our UK website. The checkout price will be the final amount, and there will be no additional charges upon arrival in your country.

- Customer Responsibility: By opting for delivery to a safe space, the customer acknowledges that they are assuming all risks associated with this delivery method. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items delivered to the specified safe space.
- Clear Communication: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the chosen safe space is suitable for receiving deliveries and that it is accessible to the delivery personnel. The company will not be liable for any issues arising from an unsuitable or insecure location.
- Acknowledgment of Risks: The customer acknowledges that delivery to a safe space may involve certain risks, including but not limited to theft, weather damage, or unauthorized access. The company is not liable for any consequences resulting from these risks.
- Refunds and Replacements: In the event of loss or damage to items delivered to a safe space, the customer agrees that the company is not liable for refunds or replacements, and any claims should be directed to the customer's insurance provider if applicable.
- Pre-existing Choices: Customers may save their preferred safe space choices with Royal Mail based on past deliveries, not necessarily from &SONS Trading Co. This allows for quicker processing of future orders and ensures consistency in delivery preferences. It is the customer's responsibility to amend or remove this option as needed.
- Modification of Terms: The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes prior to their next delivery.
