- Discount codes cannot be combined—only one code can be used per order. They do not stack with other promotions, including 3-for-2 offers. All discount codes must be entered by the customer at checkout, as they are not applied automatically.
- For 3-for-2 promotions, all three qualifying items must be added to your basket for the discount to apply. If only two items are purchased, the discount will not be applied, and we cannot assume which third item you would like.
- Discounts do not apply to: Rogue Artefacts (our high-end, black label, extremely limited batch collection), special events hosted in our stores, getaways, charity events, general raffles, or sale items.
Please note that any items purchased through charity events or raffles are excluded from further discounts or promotions.
- Pioneer Points are converted into a discount code, and the same rules apply—they cannot be combined with other offers.
- Gift Cards are digital, considered legal tender, and can be used alongside discount codes. Gift cards have no expiry date and the code can be shared for gifting. If a refund is necessary, the amount will be refunded to the original purchaser on the original payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable, and any remaining balance will be retained for future use.
- Returns: If an item purchased using a discount is returned, the discount may be deducted from the refund amount if the total order value after the return no longer meets the minimum requirement for the promotion. Returned items must be in unworn, resalable condition with original tags still attached.
Refunds will be processed based on the final amount paid after any applicable discounts were applied. This means that, if a discount was used, the refund amount may reflect the adjusted price after the discount has been taken into account.
- Sale items: Promotions do not apply to sale items, Rogue Artefacts, or special events, and these items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- All promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
- Right to Cancel: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for most purchases made online, provided the items are unworn, in resalable condition, and with original tags still attached.
