INTRODUCING

Raw, honest, and made to evolve.

The ROGUE by &SONS Doro Jean is denim with patience built in. Not to be rushed. Not to be forced. Designed to be more unique the longer you live in them.

Cut from 13.5oz organic cotton denim and woven in Japan by the legendary Hishitomo Mill. The Doro arrives raw and untouched. No wash. No artificial ageing. Just fabric, structure, and the quiet promise of what’s to come.

The clay tone sits low and grounded, designed to change slowly through wear. Creases settle where the body moves. Fades appear where time is spent. Each mark earned, never applied.

A tapered fit keeps the shape considered and wearable, while traditional pocket construction, a button fly, and antique silver hardware anchor it in denim tradition. Comfortable from the start, better with every wear.

This is denim that gives back in proportion to what you put in.The more you invest, the more it becomes yours.

These garments are made to fade with wash and wear. We advise avoiding contact with lighter coloured clothes & upholstery when wearing denim as the colour can transfer. Should the colour transfer onto your lighter-coloured clothing it should wash out with your usual detergent.

"The Rogue collection is clothing made to incredible standards of design & quality."

Made in Japan

ORIGINS

Japanese denim is rooted in patience, precision, and respect for process. Post-war Japan became obsessed with perfecting classic American workwear, studying vintage jeans stitch by stitch, loom by loom. Instead of mass production, mills focused on small-batch weaving, slower shuttle looms, and fabric that prioritised character over convenience.

Raw denim was central to this approach. Worn straight from the loom, untreated and unforgiving, it was never meant to look finished on day one. The creases, fades and marks came later, shaped only by movement, labour and time. Nothing added. Nothing rushed.

This philosophy still defines Japanese denim today. Fabric is left raw by design. Texture, weight and dye are allowed to evolve naturally. Each pair becomes a record of the wearer rather than the maker.
