From the very beginning, our inspiration has come from heritage workwear, mixing British and American styles to create timeless classics for the modern Pioneer. Some of our first pieces still exist in today’s collection, which is a testament to the design and build of these unique garments. The heritage collection is the very soul of &SONS. These everyday garments will become staples in your wardrobe for years to come, never following trends and always stylish.
Origins of The Heritage Collection
Our Baker Boys are iconic pieces inspired by the working class in the 20th Century. Choose the traditional herringbone Harris Tweed or the single-tone wool and cotton shades to add a classic touch to your look.
Over the years the waistcoat has been in and out of fashion but we believe they are essential in any Pioneers wardrobe. Choose from our wide range of colours and style your waistcoat however you like, it’s the perfect layering companion.
I have always loved the 1950’s era and that period of time has always inspired my designs. Style always seemed effortless and each garment was made well and with a purpose - something we hold very dear at &SONS. Workwear back then was always practical and hardwearing, but not always comfortable and cut loose so many different sizes and shapes could wear it. Our first-ever collection was a homage to the workwear style back then, the same aesthetic but with comfort and movement integral to our design, a flattering cut and meticulous attention to the details. 6 years later and this collection is still the foundation of our clothing range.
A lightweight jacket will always be a classic in a British wardrobe. The weather is fast changing and you never want an ugly cover-up. Chore jackets complete your spring style with crafted details and beautiful tones that will always attract compliments.
The Henley might have humble beginnings where rowers wore the jerseys as part of their uniform, but this is no longer just an athlete’s companion. Our complete Elder Henley range will guide you from Winter to Spring and are the perfect layering pieces throughout the year.
