The River Stone Western Shirt is built for the long haul - a modern classic shaped by time, trade, and tradition. From 19th-century ranch hands to modern-day makers, the Western shirt has always stood for function and rebellion. This one honours that legacy, with details that work just as hard.

Cut from soft brushed cotton twill, it’s warm enough to wear as a layer and rugged enough for the workshop. Elbow patches add strength where it counts. Pearl snap fastenings nod to old-school rodeo style. A pencil slot and hidden cuff pocket bring in everyday utility.

Finished with our signature ampersand embroidery at the hem, this is a shirt made to be lived in, worked in, and passed down.

ORIGINS

First worn by 19th-century cowboys and cattle hands, the Western shirt was built with purpose.

The pointed yoke reinforced the back for long days in the saddle, while pearl snap fastenings made quick changes easy on the move.

Over time, it left the ranch and stepped into music halls, motor garages, and city streets - a symbol of graft, grit, and understated confidence.

The River Stone carries that story forward. A shirt with real-world utility, shaped for movement, and made for the men who wear their clothes in, not out.

This garment uses recycled polyester labels and is garment washed in a low-impact process that reduces water and chemical use.
